Hi I'm Akiami

I am an author, speaker and licensed clinical social worker. I have helped hundreds of people throughout my career to overcome trauma, fear, feelings of hopelessness and depression. I have seen the transformation that is available when given the right tools to transcend conditioning that keeps us from living into our full potential.

As a survivor of many traumas early in life, I know exactly what it's like to live life feeling stuck repeating the same cycle and unable to experience the breakthrough I so desperately sought.

Until one day, I was faced with an ultimate challenge on my life. It was that pivotal moment, where I made a choice that changed the trajectory of my life, forever. From then on, I became dedicated to understand the inner workings of the brain and how it can either limit us or free us.

Finding What Is Right Within

Introspection is when you examine what you do, say, think or feel and how it affects your life and the lives of others. It ultimately means "to look inside," and describes the act of thinking about your own actions or inner thoughts.
